The movers did a good job, but the operator was not honest. Despite providing a complete inventory with measurements, quantities, and a detailed video of the items, the charges kept fluctuating. The original quote from the vendor on the Wise Move platform was not accurate. Linda claimed that revising the quote through the platform would require splitting the additional payment with Wise Move.
Although she assured us that her company uses a larger 15-ft vehicle, she charged an additional $600 on top of the initial quote. We did not agree to this, but we eventually added an extra $350 (on top of what was quoted via the platform) out of appreciation for her team’s effort. After payment was made, Linda did not provide any form of payment acknowledgment.
On the day of the move, her team arrived an hour late. We had to call to inquire about their whereabouts as no one informed us of the delay. Fortunately, the movers made up for lost time with their packing speed.
Overall, while the movers themselves were good, the backend operations were lacking. We hope for greater transparency and honesty in future dealings.

Hi Jay
You have witness the load is 2 full load and already indicates rates based on per load on the platform, be honest to yourself whether we are honest or not, already informed the guys are at the guardhouse but security delay to allow them in and our team is not late if the security allows to go in when arrive, from the security to your unit you should aware how far to push in all the packing materials and you are not paying for the 2 loads
