Very fast and efficient! They were on time and very professional in handling all the things to be moved. They are very friendly and helped us to put the things in the new house accordingly. Venu and his staff arrived early. They were patient, meticulous and professional. The wine cabinet was wrapped within a few minutes and we were out of the house! Got to the delivery address, they brought it up the lift and into the house. Made sure adjustments were made so the wine cabinet was positioned correctly. I will likely be using this service again for all future moves as opposed to big name brands like S.Movers that charge an exorbitant amount. i would highly recommend Venu (this is my first time utilising his service.)

This is how moving should be. Linda and her team are real professionals and also nice people. I’ve moved before and always been slightly disappointed. Very flexible as I realised I needed more than I booked (I was happy to pay extra because all transparent). Don’t try and find the cheapest, use the best.

After booking, they came by on the same day to collect the items even though I specified a much longer period for them to do so. They called to check if they could arrive earlier to collect the items instead of the agreed time. They removed the items very quickly from the 2nd floor of a terrace house without any fuss. No extra charge. Very transparent. Job well done!

Correction: it is a 4 storey strata house! The team lead by Linda did a wonderful job. During the whole process, Linda has been very clear, helpful and caring. The workers were very respectful and took care of each box and bulky items. They even helped organise in the new apartment. Thanks Linda and Team. This is our 4th move and the best ever experience!

Linda and her team are fabulous. We had a particularly challenging move with pushing our belongings uphill, and handcarrying 6 rooms of items up 2 flights of stairs without complaint and with so much professionalism. What makes a great move is both efficiency and a wonderful attitude. I would absolutely recommend them!

Faith Relocation is an experienced moving company, especially their workers are very professional and nice, taking very good care of my furniture. But the communication and overall management of the moving was not as good as I have expected from their excellent reviews. They only came on-site on the moving day to see the items to move, and told me one additional truck is needed with extra cost. Although in their quote they indicated that the quote is based on one truck only and additional truck would cost extra, it should be their responsibility to make sure how much truck they needed for the job before the moving day. Doing it on-site left me no choice but proceed with them, which is not what I expected from an experienced company with good service.
