service was good from the 3 gentlemen that assisted with the move; they were friendly and professional and made sure everything was in order before moving off.

the communication before the move, however, could have been better. even after informing the staff of the location, they still insisted on me sending over a video of the path towards the carpark. i arranged this move for my uncle, so such details were not readily available.

long story short, i was charged an additional SGD 140.00/- above the quoted price because the push distance was too far. please improve your quoting process.

Mover team was really good. Highly recommended. But there’s deposit + delivery charges for boxes. And boxes quality is not very good unfortunately. Happy to support recycling but need to have better stronger boxes.

Theresa did not get back to me anymore

1) from the beginning of booking , I got 90 passengers travel the ✈️ . So that I order with description 90-100 suitcases.

2) when the truck arrive, from my eight sight, the space is not good enough for 100 suitcases 🧳. And 1/3 was occupied by his own junk such as cartoon box , tools…….etc
By the way, almost 70 suitcases were fully occupied, so that others must putting up & up level on the top. Of course the helper needed to put more effort, right ?

3) besides that the truck size, there was no lifting platform machine which can be more easier to move into the container . If your truck have the equipment, 2 of our female assistants + your 1 helper is good enough to trolley the suitcases into the container, right ?
Perhaps I should request an image of the truck 🛻 type 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

4) Finally , all students were drop down the hand carry bag as well. This is out of my expectation. So that I agree pay 💰extra.

5) But I had been charged extra more $150 x 3 🤔🤔. This huge amount seems not fair to us.
And at last, I have 4 men power to assist off loading the suitcases.
By the time ,I had been intimidated😥😥. Do u think, what I can do at such moment.

6) Before off loading the cases, it was falling down when opened the truck 🛻 door.
Luckily nobody was hurt.

Base on the reasons, we request for SG$150x 2 refund.
This is unreasonable charge

They did a good job, were polite & helpful.

Unfortunately, I was charged an additional $60 without being told in advance.

Dismantled and moved a king size bed frame for me. Bed arrived in nice condition and they assembled it for me too. Good and quick communication. Overall a good experience and would recommend.
