Care of goods - no complaints at all, the two guys moving the item did a good job.

The rest - Ultimately turned up to collect 80 minutes late, having initially offered 3 hours late when chased, after apparently forgetting they'd agreed a specific collection time the day before.

Unpleasant and frustrating communications (needing to forward them their own agreement to a specific collection time; trying on additional charges for items already included in the quote; re-requesting info by WhatsApp already confirmed in booking notes; missing booking comments re access which made shifting the item harder work).

All of this probably a lack of internal coordination between the mover's staff rather than deliberate, and maybe just a bad day, but won't rush back.

Great communication, very punctual on arrival and the moving team was careful, professional and polite. They dismantled the sofa in no time to get it into the lift. Payment was a breeze via QR code.

Amazing service by the team, they did everything very quickly and are very careful when helping us move each of the items. As we have a fridge as well, they take extra caution when moving. Excellent work by the team, and they are really polite. Will highly recommend them to any of my friends.

Engaged VKN Movers & Disposal Services via Wise Move. They helped remove a few pieces of furniture - they were in and out my place less than 30 minutes, no fuss, no muss. Will definitely look for them again when the need rises.

Communication was a little tough due to a slight language barrier, but Kabas was very responsive and flexible, and his team was friendly and efficient. They were not the MOST careful (bumped furniture into wall/door), but no major scratches or issues. The main issue was they arrived 1.5h late. But it was still completed quickly and Kabas apologized and said it won't happen again. I have booked them for another move
