1 Major issue. Firstly they mention they will charge an amount which i assume will remain the same as i have provided all the details. Half way through the job they mention the lorry does not able to fit and now i need to pay double the initial charge as they are going for a additional trip. Not to mention the items are lesser than what i provided earlier on. Would not contact this service anymore.

We did mention the price is for 1 trip.
It ended up with 2 trips.
They also change the date after confirming with us the date thru whatsapt message.
That put us in a lot of stress .It's unfortunate they didn't understand the quote

After booking, they came by on the same day to collect the items even though I specified a much longer period for them to do so. They called to check if they could arrive earlier to collect the items instead of the agreed time. They removed the items very quickly from the 2nd floor of a terrace house without any fuss. No extra charge. Very transparent. Job well done!

1 trip (14ft truck) wasn't enough to dispose of all my furniture so had to pay additional but overall a good experience. Good attitude/service, very patient with my enquires, took ard 1 hour to move all 14 items out of my hse (cos my metal shelves needed dismantling). Thanks Uncle Venu and team

Venu and his team were great: responsive, efficient, had a can-do attitude, and moved our furniture and boxes perfectly. They disassembled and reassembled our bulky items, and were super helpful. Communication with Venu was great all the way from the moment I booked them to the day before, including the logistics of filling in a moving form for my condo, and providing the deposit required by my building management. I really recommend them and would engage their services again.
