Main supervisor over Whatsapp didn't write of speak professionally. Movers showed up over an hour late. Many instances of damage both to the home, and items. Movers were slow and ultimately unable to finish many items of assembly. Didn't move the piano to the right place and blamed 6 steps at the destination. Overall terrible experience.

Got a most unreasonable person n unfair treatment to my guy. Continue help him work for 2 day from 9.30 am to 9.30 pm, without a thanks but lots of complaint n not a treat of water too. n only have a fast bit by ordering grab food ourselves
They even hide tat there no stair in tat unit when entering.. n ended up everything have to carry up tat stair + a short way to reach the unit.. n only request 1 manpower in their list..
I given 7 man on tat job last min. He even tell me he will help move.. yes correct help move his own things to his car only. N end up lead to no ppl is there to guide us what to take n whats not. Awhile say going n awhile not going
We r movers n we know our job n know what to do. Just firm up ur mind on ur own things. But he thinks he know more than us n wants to lead us everything delayed n get damage
We even told him can’t put things on top of the cabinet n will get damage but jus cos wan save space in the lorry n end up we squeeze for him. N get damage n wan us pay for it. n without knowing where to put all his item in the Hse.. asked him but he have to check wit the wife n the wife is not there. end up everything we have to put here n there. Everything we have moved min 3 to 4 time to b the correct place in the Hse.
This my worst move ever in my 12 yrs in this line. Lie on us everything tat in their list. If u think u r better than a mover than y still hired a mover .. jus rent the lorry n u can do the job.than u will understand our feelings.

Fast response. Mover came early as we mentioned is ok to come earlier. He even advised me to clean up the bed frame base after he bring it upright for wrapping. That's help a lots. Fast collection and delivery, fast dismantle and assemble too. All done by 1 man only. Awesome.

I really need to thank this mover. The picking up encountered an issue due to my friend's gate unable to open. The 2 gentlemen who turned up tried their best to help troubleshoot the digital lock issue. Unfortunately, they are unable to stay on until the issue is resolved as they have another pick up scheduled.

But they promptly came back once I informed them the gate issue was resolved. From there on, delivery was done seamlessly. Thank you very much for the efforts!

I don't normally write reviews but they impressed me on the following:

Came earlier than expected.
Took care when moving things.
Also did exceptionally fast given only 1 main mover since the other was on MC leave at last minute.
Communication on WhatsApp was smooth.
Also the price was better than the other quotes.

Extremely happy I hired them, and very grateful they worked so hard given how many boxes I had. I have recommended them to all my friends.
